Currhue is a comic strip by Kloob (also known more dully as Steve) that is updated weekly.
Chapter One “Pets”:
While Albert and Hubert are at a party, Albert meets Patty and falls for her. She leaves her details on the back of a lottery ticket and gives it to him.
When the lottery ticket wins, Albert keeps the money and frets over what to tell Patty. While he worries, an unknown assailant shoots and kills him before running off. Hubert gives chase only to have the gun-man disappear the moment he strikes him.
Hubert uses Albert’s lottery money to have the dead body blasted into space, realizing a dream of Albert’s to one day see the stars.
94 million years later, the coffin holding Albert’s body is found in space. Beings from a distant galaxy use their technology to bring Albert back to life. In the 20 year space before they awake him, they download the contents of his mind and disseminate that content through their culture.
Albert awakes to find himself in an eerily familiar world of dinosaurs and office blocks. He meets Lago Currhue, who tries to ease Albert’s transition into this new world. As he is doing this the planet is attacked.
